According to predictions in the literature, sock price of firms with greater product market power is less sensitive to order flows which results in greater stock liquidity. This prediction was examined in a sample of 75 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange during 1388 to 1391 using three illiquidity measures (Amihud Ratio, Quoted Spread, Effective Spread) and two proxies for market power. The results of panel regressions showed that stock liquidity increases with market share (the first proxy of market power). Findings also showed the relationship between operational income ratio (second proxy of market power) and stock liquidity is not meaningful and consistent with theory. It seems that the reputation of firms in product market (respect to market share) results in higher stock market liquidity than their profitability. Other results confirmed that advertising in product market doesn’t influence stock market liquidity, directly.

According to the literature, It is expected that increase in Audit Quality results in higher disclosure quality and lower information asymmetry which this in turn leads to increase in stock market liquidity of firms. In this paper, we investigated the relationship between some measures of audit quality (Independent Audit Fee, Auditors’ Tenure & Size) and stock market liquidity (Quoted Spread, Effective Spread & Market Depth).This study has been done using a sample of 64 listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange and panel data analysis. The results suggest that there is not a meaningful relationship between independent audit fee and market depth & effective spread but it’s relation with quoted spread (liquidity) is positive (negative) and meaningful. So, altogether evidences are mixed but stronger toward no significant relation between liquidity and audit fee.Moreover, findings confirmed a positive and significant relationship between stock liquidity and audit institute size but not meaningful relationship between liquidity and auditors’ tenure.

There may be found such a number of clear quoted texts referring to twelve Imams’ imamat that on which one can easily claim tawator. Of such quotes one may find in Sunni sources also. On such quotes Imamiyyah claims that the Prophet`s substitutes include twelve people of his household divinely appointed to imamate and introduced by Prophet to people. Faisal Noor, a vahhabi writer, in his work, Alemamah wa an-Nass, has denied all such quotes and has tried to prove his claim based on Shiite sources. In some part of the work, he has focused on Imam Hadi (a) and, having quoted some traditions in the field, concluded that there has been no clear quote on the problem of imamate at all and the traditions documented by Imamiyyah have been made by Shiite scholars, years after the time of Prophet and Imams. This paper has criticized the claim and has shown that opposing hadith-writing, the cruel climate of Imam Hadi era and some demurs on Imam`s qualities as well as the state of power-seeking have misled some Shiites.

The title of "seddiq" and the discussions about its referent are among challenging discussions which existed from the first centuries among Shiite and Sunnite scholars and found their way in books on theology and exegesis of the Qur’an. It seems that the reason of this disagreement over specifying the referent of "seddiq" is different narrations that existed in Shiite and Sunni sources. Sunnis recognize Abu-Bakr as the referent of seddiq and based on this opinion took many results in proving accomplishments for him. The importance of this subject is to the extent that some Sunni theologians and interpreters of the Qur’an like Fakhr Razi and Qurtubi posed the authenticity of the caliphate of Abu-Bakr in this way and made reference to the Qur’an as their reason in this case. The present article has scrutinized the transmitted evidences of the both sects and manifested that the narrations clamed by Sunnis - even based on their own rijal sources - are weak and unreliable.
